Heidi Cahill

Heidi Cahill is a dynamic executive coach and leadership development consultant who is passionate about helping leaders realize their full potential and become the best version of themselves in whatever role they are embodying. After a breast cancer diagnosis at age 32 forced her down a path of self-discovery, Heidi was was left with the feeling that something was missing - that there was something more. In 2014, she left her corporate job as a vice president of a boutique consulting firm and and dove headfirst into the world of adult learning and development. For the last five years, she has coached and advised executives and senior leaders within government and industry with a focus on helping to create transformational change for her clients. Heidi’s federal experience includes leading NASA’s Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program (SESCDP), executive succession planning, SES/GS15 coaching, and the design and development of senior leader programming. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from DePauw University and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from the George Washington University. Heidi is a credentialed coach through the International Coaching Federation and is certified in the iEQ9 Enneagram assessment through Integrative 9. Heidi resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and two children and loves traveling, yoga, coffee and a good laugh!

Jennifer Munz

Jennifer Munz is a federal human resources expert and manager with a decade of experience helping public-sector and non-profit organizations recruit, train, and retain top talent. Jennifer specializes in senior executive positions. She has worked in human resources for ten years, eight in the federal government, leading teams working on staffing, classification, performance management, political employment, and executive development. She has a unique perspective, having worked in large and small agencies with diverse missions and workforce profiles. Jennifer understands what kind of talent federal agencies are looking for, and how to position yourself to be the strongest possible candidate.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Auburn University and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from the George Washington University.
